RELEVANT SKILLS
Communication
- Excellent communication skills have been necessary through my employment with BTCV Cymru. My roles have involved engaging a wide variety of vulnerable groups including young people placed on intense supervision orders, rehabilitating offenders, and people of all ages with varying degrees of mental health conditions.
- More recently in my capacity as Development Officer for the award winning Mentro Allan Project I have successfully communicated and established successful working relationships with young offenders, home educated children, children and adults of the autistic spectrum, young people and adults with ADHD and tourettes syndrome in addition to young people with various learning difficulties, substance misuse issues and physical and mental health conditions.
- Identifying, motivating and enthusing the people power necessary to form an award winning conservation group required strong communication skills with a broad range of individuals from youths to experts
- I have previously planned and organized successful launch and evaluation events
- Planning successful comprehensive and inclusive environmental training programs has been an essential part of my roles to date
- The ability to simultaneously plan and organise multiple projects through stacking functions through time is a daily requirement of my
